Bringing Her Home

 

For most gentlemen, their new Latin wife will be the greatest investment and love of their life.  Many men worry about their new wife leaving them and returning to Barranquilla or becoming Americanized.  Your Latin wife is a real person with goals and needs just like you. Plan for the future problems so you won’t have any, don’t just throw her into your life. Here are some things to do to make her transition into your home benefit both of you.

 

English-Your wife may or may not speak English.  She will need to improve her English.  If you have to leave her for any period of time in Barranquilla before you bring her home put her in English classes.  They only cost $100.00 a month in Barranquilla and she gets to go to English class every day.  In 3 months she can go from no English to good English.  We recommend Praxis in Northern Barranquilla.  When she comes home with you she can take English classes for free.  Almost every county in the US has free English classes at a local high school in the evenings. This is called the ESOL program, its good and its free, call your local school board for more information. 

 

Job-  Most of these women want to have a job.  They feel good about making money so they can buy things for you and their family.  Most do not want to sit in your house all day.  They will feel like a prisoner and get very homesick.  Keep your wife busy with a job, hobbies, and weekend adventures and you will both be happy.

 

Money-Your wife will want to make money.  She will also want to send some home to her family.  Money can be the biggest problem in any marriage.  The happiest men make a deal with their fiancés in Barranquilla.  The deal is the men pay for everything, rent, water, TV, elect, food, ect…but if the women work in the United States they give half of the money they earn to their husbands to help out with bills.  If you do not confront this while you are in Colombia the following things might happen.  1. Your wife sends all here money she makes to her family in Colombia. 2. She always has a sick relative in Colombia you need to send money to because your wife is not working. 3. You and your wife can not agree on how much she should help out and you both feel cheated.  4. If you try to make this deal after she has moved home with you, she will not understand why you did not tell her this in Barranquilla and you are changing the rules. Your Latin wife is your partner and you will working together, its you and her against the world.  Make sure she understands this and wants to help you. Deal with it in Barranquilla before you get married.   

 

Hobbies-You need to do things with your wife every weekend if you work the normal 5 day work week like the rest of us.  Relaxing at home might be great for you but she will want to see and do different things.  Take her to an amusement park one week and out dancing the next.  Try to join a gym or recreation center together, you will want your Latin wife to keep that beautiful body for many years to come.  They will be eating more fatty foods here then in their country. Look around at all these fat American women, they will look at your beautiful wife with scorn, don’t let it happen to your wife, she is your greatest investment.  

 

Calling Home-Your Latin wife will want to talk with her friends and family all the time.  It will make her less homesick and brighten her spirits every time she calls home.  You call buy her cheap calling cards for Colombia on the bottom of many pages of this website.

 

Americanized- This is the worst thing that can happen to your sweet, innocent Latin wife.  She becomes like the women you are trying to get away from.  She can only become Americanized through her friends,  her work or you.  It only takes one lesbian or feminist to plant the seeds in her head,  our society can do the rest.  Let her have constant contact with her family in Colombia.  Phone cards and 2 trips home a year are important.  Get to know her friends and co-workers.  Take her out to dinner and rent a movie, snuggling up on the couch with you Latin wife is what you dreamed about before you even met her.
